I tested it. Even if this is good utility, but useless for Rebati Project.
Please Note : Rebati glossary is originally processed in ORB-TTSarala(=Mukta) fonts, i.e. Bilingual Font(Old, which was updated in 2000, again in 2001 and again in 2003 and made web compatible). This font has both English and Oriya in it. First 128 are usual English, Extented 128 are Oriya characters. 

Originally entering the glossary data in OR-TTSarala (Monoligual) font cannot be done practically, as databases couldnot handle more than one font, and here we have to use both English and Oriya.

If you can get a Font-glyph printout of this bilingual font from srujanika (Or I can also give) and remap all the conversion_keys according to the glyph combinations, then after some testing/bug/fixing this can help us.

Or 
Better if you can design an IME for latest 8bit ORBW-TTMukta font for linux or for windows, this will be the most useful. This may be used directly in linux databases also.
