Sorry, you got it otherwise.

It writes that giving a phala to a swar is not rational. U is given a phala
that is ba and this becomes wa.
Talking about ya this jyuktijyuktata is not applicable because in ya there
is no occasion for a phala. However, the description is elsewhere.
It is also written that to correctly represent foreign text such a
representation is necessary. Please refer to the scan.

You got these otherwise. Pl. refer to the scan.
Some other reference: All Avargyas are not ardhswara. Some avargyas raised
by you:
Prev >YA = vowel 'i'+'a'
Yes! Ya is a ardhswara or ardhvyanjan it goes from ee to a.
Prev >Ra = vowel vocalic 'R'+'a'
R is produced by jiwha with vartsya and a vibration so it is a kampit,
lodith or lunthith dhwani.
Prev >La = vowel vocalic 'LL'+'a'
La is a parswik dhwani coz jiwha with vartsya gets asmlagna.
Prev >Wa = vowel vocalic 'u'+'a'
Described earlier.
Hopefully I make it clearer now.
Prev >May I seek Kind reply in clarification from the writer of the book or
Such a possibility will arise eventually when I, Mr. Gora and Pansaribabu
you along with some other will surely go and visit Mr. Mohapatra, the author
of the book. However I don't think the time is ripe now, Even Mr. Gora is
also not married and it may take longer for us to get ripe enough. Just
jokin!
