Thanks to this file, I found a bug in the m17n rendering component and
fixed it. A new version of the m17n library will be released shortly.

I prepared screenshots of the test file rendered by m17n-edit. We
shall be delighted if someone give them a look and provide us a

Here are my questions and notes.
1. The following combinations did not result in conjuncts:
DDA + GA
DA + GA
LLA + PA
LLA + PHA
Is it a bug in our system? Or, does the Utkal font lack these
conjuncts?
2. The combination of SA and PHA is shown in line 56. However, the
example in the right hand side shows the combination of SA and PA.
Is it a typo?
