[Oriya-group] Rebati project needs help with Oriya rendering in Linux

Hello,
  A group of students are starting a project to fix
problems with Oriya rendering under Linux. Here are
the
areas that we plan to address:
1. GNOME rendering with Pango: only a few minor
   problems left.
2. KDE rendering with QT: a few more problems. Needs
to
   be thoroughly checked.
3. OpenOffice rendering with ICU: some problems. Also
   needs checking.
Even if you do not have the knowledge or time to be
involved on the technical side of things you can help
us by trying out these programs, and making up bug
reports that can be fixed by us, or by the program
developers. Likewise, we need people to test the open-
source Oriya software under Fedora Core 3, and report
problems. We can provide CDs and installation
instructions for the price of blank media.
