[Oriya-group] Update on open-source Oriya rendering

Hello,
  The patches for fixing Oriya rendering have been
accepted by both Pango (version 1.8.2) and ICU (3.4
release candidate). TrollTech is evaluating the QT4
patch, and assures me that it should be included by
the time KDE4, using QT4, comes out.
  The timeline for OpenOffice moving to ICU 3.4 is
looking like it will be at least Oct. It will go
through a test phase, and a final release might not
be available till Nov./Dec. So there is still room
for backporting the changes to ICU 2.6.
  I am putting together a documentation list, and
will post it on the Rebati website.
