[Oriya-group] Publicity for the ILUG-BBSR meeting on March 13th

Hello,
  We should aim at having some 20-40 people show up
for this first meeting. A poster has been prepared
announcing the meeting, and one of the ILUG-BBSR
members has kindly volunteered to print 20 colour
copies of the poster on a laser printer. Please let
me know if anybody else can help out with colour

  We also plan to go around to various local colleges,
put up a poster, and try to talk people into
attending.
The following local institutions will be covered:
KIIT, Silicon Institute of Technology, College of
Engineering, C. V. Raman Institute, Orissa College
of Engineering, CET, ITER, Utkal University,
Institute of Physics, Institute of Mathematics, ISDAC,
CITZEN. Volunteers to cover any of these should get
in touch with me. Please also let me know if there
are any institutions that I have missed out on, and
also if you have personal contacts at any of these
places.
  Finally, it would be nice to get the word out on
newspapers and TV. As we obviously cannot pay for
advertisements currently, it would be nice if anyone
could use their contacts to get us mentioned in these.
