[Oriya-group] Extension of deadline for Sarai FLOSS fellowships

Hi,
  I have been meaning to send this out for a while. Some time ago,
the decision was made to extend the deadline for proposals to the
Sarai FLOSS fellowship program, so that these could be promoted
at FOSS.in. Currently submissions are due by the 15th of Dec.
  Also, if you are interested in localization-related tasks, please take
