    This is to inform you that C-DAC (formerly NCST)  is offering a
set of short-term courses in "Web Programming with PHP" and
"Localisation". Please see the below message from Dr. Sasikumar
regarding the same. Please forward thisinformation to anyone who, you
feel, would be interested in the courses.

Dear Colleague,

C-DAC Mumbai (formerly NCST) is offering a new set of short term courses.
All of these relate to the now fast growing area of open source software.
The courses now being offered are:

them at relevant notice boards.  A registration form is also enclosed,
