[+PLUS][I+MM] How to play???

Hello PLUGs,

which player can play .ac3 ( Dolby Digital 5.1 channel ) files in Linux with
and without hardware support ( i mean playing with emulation technique or by
using standard 5.1 channel soundcard )
please help me
