[+PLUS] Debian Installer malayalam translation started

Hi,

 I have started translating the Debian Installer level 1 master PO
file. It has 1536 strings and I have translated 50 strings till now.
Looking forward to your help in completing those and reviewing the
completed ones. You can access it at
