Only members are allowed to post in the list. Since they did not join
the list, it was waiting for moderator.

As most of the moderated mails are spam, I don't jump right in (if it
was meant to reach, it would have already) when I see a moderation
request. While I was going through all the mails pending, I thought I
can approve it (in the hindsight, probably I should have deleted it -
did not check the dates - mea culpa).

Currently me and Hiran has moderator passwords, if anyone else is
interested to help in moderation, please raise your hands.
