Someone was supposed to write minutes :-(

Anyway the major activity we decided is to dub Steal This Film Trial 
edition to Malayalam. More than the dubbing, the idea is to have an 
activity to build the community.

Step 1 is to download this movie and watch it

Step 2 is to get subtitles - and which is not available readily. We need 
to transcribe (just watch the movie and write down what you hear) the video.

Step 3 would need audio recording facilities which we will do in an 
upcoming plus meet.

Step4 would be video editing. may be 3 and 4 would overlap.

Immediate help is needed in step 1 and 2. I hope all of us can complete 
step 1 within this week and start work on step 2. Let us divide the 
movie into 5 parts of 10 minutes each (last part will be 11+ minutes) 
and each one take up one part for transcription. I'm taking part 1 for 
transcription.

Please volunteer for other parts. May be it might take 1 to 2 hours 
maximum to do the 10 minutes.

Any change suggestions/feedback welcome.
