 Gnome localization to tamil does not show any progress(There was 
a good effort for kde localization to tamil,but I think it too is
not so active now)

 For appropriate words Hindi localization teams may be able to help us.
But I think we can decide it by ourselves. I will come with a glossory
with in few dates. We can have discussion in this list
