By public domain, I dint mean to say anything about licenses. What I
meant is to make all the source and binary works available to public,
That is someplace like a CVS, so that we wont loose the efforts
(re0inventing the wheel theory).
It has nothing to do with licences, by public domain, I meant only
someplace which public has access to it, insted on someone's home
computer. I am sorry for the confusion.
