[Smc-discuss] smcconvert : Now ready for a release....

Hi,
	For last few days I spend some time to make smcconvert
a fine product. Now its working perfectly. I think its now 
mature enough for a release..... I have commited the changes
to our cvs. The major changes are:

 1. All the bugs reported are corrected.
 2. Good perfomance improvements.
 3. Supporting a new fontset is now simple
    (add a .map file, similar to karthika.map provided)
 4. Better, clean api
 5. Full support for Unicode->8bit, 8bit->Unicode and
   8bit->8bit conversion.
 etc..........

Please have a look at it and inform suggestions, bugs etc...
