Hi mahesh,
	Now we need to summaries the discussion, to
form the standard... I think smc need a page to show
rendering standard...(Currently rajkumar has a page
showing rendering rules)

 Also all arguments discucssed in case of 
"chilluforming consonent" + virama need to be documented
for easy referance...

I will try it.....
